Brief Job Description: Business Development Executive is responsible for assisting business development manager to minimize expiry / sales returns / nonmoving products, MSL coverage, top doctors’ coverage as per the plan prepared for sales. The role holder is also responsible for nurturing stakeholder relationships through consistent visits, engaging stockists, semi-stockists and panel chemists.

Personal Attributes: The individual should have good knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry. He/ she should have excellent MIS and reporting skills. He/she should have strong networking and relationship building skills. The role holder should have good communication and analytical sills.

NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL STANDARDS 

1.  Qualify leads and sell accreditation

2.  Collect and support in analysis of secondary sales data

3.  Coordinate with manager and team members to carry out business development activitie

4.  Assist in creating business plans
