The individuals extracts data from sales force and other systems, analyzes customer surveys, tracks the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, communications programs and strategies as well as tracks marketing and sales trends.

Personal Attributes: The individual should have strong analytical skills. He/she should be detail oriented and should be adept at using technology. He/she should also be able to establish and maintain contacts in the industry.
